在年度季末、公眾假期及旺季期間,本店訂單量增加,加上製作手縫產品及品質檢查需時,發貨時間可能會較長,運送時間可能有所延長,如有不便,我們深感抱歉,希望顧客體諒。
如訂單包含不同類型的產品,將以最長的製作時間為預計發貨時間。

商品更換服務條款及細則
* 如非產品質素問題,已燙印文字之個人化產品不設退換服務。
* 顧客憑motto網店的有效收據可於購買日期起計14日內更換。
* 如未能出示有效收據,motto有權拒絶顧客更換商品的要求。
* 商品更換服務均取決於店內產品的庫存情況,顧客可選擇更換其他同等價值的商品或在更換時補回差額換購較高價值的商品;如換購商品的價值低於退回之商品,差額將不設退款。
* 請以電郵或WhatsApp聯絡motto辦理換貨。
* 商品只可更換一次。
* 更換之商品須保持購買時原來狀態,未經使用並保留完好吊牌/標籤及原有包裝。
* 商品更換服務不適用於以下情況:

* 2. 牛皮的天然特性而令商品與陳列品或圖片出現差異 ,例如皮紋、顏色、筋紋及班紋等。
* 3. 經不適當使用等人為因素,及/或正常使用下出現的自然損耗。
