1. Select workshop venue, class date and time slot.
2. Select leather color options.
   • Online Colour Selection (If necessary, adjustment can be made once on the day of the workshop. There is no guarantee of the stock. Adjustment could not be made if the colour out of stock.)【OR】
   • Colour Selection on the day of the workshop (We will prepare the requested materials from the stock at store. There is no guarantee of the leather stock. If there is a shortage of a colour, you may select another colour in stock to replace.)
3. Make the payment and complete your registration.

• Duration the workshop, we have 2-3 tutors. 1 tutor will teach 3-4 participants (maximum) at the same time. Clients can choose to make their own design and tutors will do the demonstration separately.
• Once an reservation confirmed, there will be no rescheduling and no refund.
• Please reserve enough time needed for the workshop

• If you want to reschedule, please WhatsApp (68715989) 3 days before the workshop for confirmation.
• If reschedule requests less than 3 days before the workshop, the company reserves the right to charge administration cost $200 for reschedule .
• Please reserve enough time needed for the workshop
• 【If the product cannot completed in 1 day】, there are 2 options：
  A, Finish the remaining steps at home (will provide tools & instructions)
  B, Make another reservation (extra $200 to schedule next workshop)
• Workshop fee includes leather materials, embossing service, tools and tutorial fee.
• Please note that each participant has to join one workshop
• In order to avoid affecting other guests, the store does not allow companions or pets to accompany.
• Guests agree to the above terms & conditions and understand the workshop charges by default.

—————Lateness/ Rescheduling Policy:

• Please arrive on time.
• For more than 30 minutes late, the company reserves the right to charge administration cost $100. For more than 60 minutes late, the reservation may be canceled and the company reserves the right to charge administration cost $200 for reschedule .
• We will give priority to customers who arrive on time, and those who arrive late need to wait patiently for follow-up.
• If it is due to bad weather*, emergency or physical discomfort and other reasons**, please inform us by whatsapp (68715989) we will deal with it according to the situation.
• *Bad weather includes: Red/Black rainstorm signal, Strong wind signal no.3 or above.
