We offer free embossing on our in-house leather products—one line of up to 10 characters (including “.”, “&”, “/”, and spaces).
Online orders support 3 font options (Bookman, Mayfair, Italian) and 3 foil colors (Gold, Silver, Blind). You can preview your text directly on the product or kit page before checkout. Some consignment items may also support embossing for an additional HK$50, depending on the product. Please ask our staff for details.
We currently do not provide embossing for third-party leather goods. Due to variations in leather types and finishes, we cannot guarantee results or offer compensation in case of damage. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes—every leather item comes with complimentary gift box packaging.
You can also upgrade to a full gift set (gift box + dust bag) for an additional HK$10.
If the item is for personal use, we’re happy to replace the gift box with a dust bag for easier storage and transport.
We primarily use Italian full-grain cowhide, and occasionally Japanese horse butt leather. Specific leather types and origins are listed on each product page.
Larger items (e.g. bags): 3–5 working days
If you’re in a hurry, we recommend placing your order in-store. If materials are available, we may be able to prepare a kit for you within 1–2 hours.
Each kit includes pre-cut leather pieces, threads, optional tools, and access to tutorial videos.
The kits are designed to be beginner-friendly—even first-timers can complete them with ease.

Due to limited space, each workshop participant must purchase one leather item. Non-participating guests are not permitted to join the session.

For Hong Kong customers, you can choose SF Express delivery, pickup from an SF Locker or service point, or pick up at our store.
For overseas orders, please select “Store Pickup” at checkout and WhatsApp us your order number—we’ll calculate shipping based on weight and destination, and assist with delivery arrangements.
In-store orders: Same threshold applies; shipping is handled on a “freight collect” (receiver pays upon delivery) basis.
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
As most of our products are handmade or customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.
Yes, we offer complimentary shortening and hole-punching services for belts purchased from our store.
For belts purchased elsewhere, we will first need to inspect the item in person to determine if it can be modified.
If the service is feasible, the fee starts from HK$100 and may vary depending on the belt design and complexity of the adjustment.
We provide basic repair services for our own leather products, including hardware replacement, partial stitching repair, and edge refinishing.
Repair fees are assessed based on the condition and scope of work, starting from HK$20.
Please note that we do not offer repair services for leather items not purchased from our store. Thank you for your understanding.
