3. Select the payment method: PayPal or Bank transfer
4. Finish the payment to complete the order
5. Process to the production

  SHIPPING We start the production of custom order after payment is completed.     SHIPPING METHOD & COST Hong Kong:

1. Purchase below $600, SF Express, shipping charge is paid by receiver. 1kg charges $30; 2-3kg charges $42-54; 3.5-6kg charges $60-90; +$12 for every 1kg adds on. Eg.：1 Box of Cardholder Tools Kit is 0.5kg，shipping charge $30
2. Purchase $600 or above, SF Express, FREE SHIPPING to industrial or commercial address and SF Store.

  Please be noted that shipment delivered to non-industrial/ commercial locations or remote areas will be subject to HKD30 service charge in any circumstances. This cost is paid by receiver.   Overseas: SF Express or Air mail by HongKong Post，HKD100 shipping charge will be collected for each order.   RETURNS We do product inspection to every product to ensure our product quality. For product with quality problems or wrong item is received, please return to us within 10 days (includes public holiday). Please contact us via [email protected] to arrange goods return and no refund is accepted.   Return policy:

1. The item must be in good condition, unused and undamaged. Original packaging and tags should be returned
2. Valid order number should be provided
3. Client is responsible for the shipping charge

  Invalid return:

1. All of the custom order and products with personalized hot stamping
2. Returns under the reason of natural cow skin growth marks
3. Discounted items
4. Used and damaged items

Should any dispute arise, the decision of motto carpe diem shall be final.
